
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and seals must remain attached. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including: Gift cards, Personalized or custom-made products, Sale or clearance items, Digital downloads. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions about a specific item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [your support email] with a photo and order details.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t shipped yet.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
