To qualify:
To start a return, simply contact us with your order number — we’ll take care of the rest.
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions and the return shipping address.
If you did not use the Sleep Trial and want to return unused items:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours as long as they haven’t shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — but you’re still covered by our 30-Night Guarantee or standard return window.
